We will be taking our São Paulo site partially out of rotation for a scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance, DNS traffic that is forwarded to our Global Anycast IP addresses (52.119.40.100 & 103.80.5.100) will be automatically re-routed to the nearest site without any loss of service. BloxOne DDI has an upcoming maintenance planned on Saturday, April 27, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM UTC. During the maintenance, service updates will be applied to the on-prem hosts running BloxOne DHCP and DNS services. The update process will result in a DHCP and DNS service interruption of approximately 30 seconds.

You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.
